Party Rental Reservations
We recommend that you reserve your party rentals as soon as you know what you need to insure availability. We are happy to work with changes. We require 1/3 (one-third) deposit at time of reservation and this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Delivery
Make it easy on your friends and family. Let us deliver, pickup and setup your event.
Delivery Charges ~ Please call for a quote
Delivered items will be unloaded and stacked where the truck and/or trailer can get to. Additional charges will apply for stairs, rough or hilly terrain, etc.
We will pickup items where we left them. Please have them stacked together, ready to load. Breaking down, gathering items from around the party site and otherwise hunting down items will incur additional charges. Additional charge is $50 per hour.
Please keep in mind that our delivery and setup crew are usually handling several events and are on a tight schedule. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Cleaning
Leave the dirty work to us!
We do not require that you clean or wash any of your rental items. Just enjoy your event.
All of our party rentals are cleaned after each use and are clean and ready for your event.
Rental Period
All of our rental prices are per day ~ however, we do allow for a setup day before your event and returning the day after your event. All rental equipment MUST be returned by noon. If this presents a problem, let us know and we will be happy to work out a solution with you.
Damage
You are responsible for all rental items upon picking them up or delivery. Please take steps to see they are in a safe and secure place when not in use. We will charge repair or replacement cost (whichever is appropriate) for any damaged or broken items. With glassware, chips and cracks will be considered broken.
Picking Up Rental Items
If you choose to pickup your rental items, please keep the following in mind:
If you are picking up in a truck or trailer, make sure your have tie downs. We will not allow
any loads to leave the store without being properly tied down.
Please be aware of how much room you will need. If you are unsure, please ask
one of our Party Specialists.
Our chairs usually go out on racks. If you are picking up a tent, tables and chairs, chances
are good this will be more than one pickup load.
Moonwalks are very large 250 pound rolls. A pickup is the easiest way to pick them up.
They will fit in Suburbans and the larger SUV's, but it is not easy loading and unloading them.
Our staff will always assist in loading and unloading at the store.
